Matthew J. Watts
Matthew lives behind the scenes – most of the time. He loves beer, pubs and marketing. Not necessarily in that order. He likes things to run like clockwork, on time and to plan. Technical details are one of his forte’s, as is marketing automation, and he isn’t shy about getting his geek on. He is the one you’ll call for support in a crisis, so he is a little like Batman. Matthew heads up operations and web design department and ensures the smooth running of your projects.
Lucy is an expert trainer, client feedback consultant, entrepreneur and chartered accountant. With over 20 years of experience at PwC she has had lead roles in assurance, L&E, internal changes programmes and client satisfaction initiatives. This together with her more recent work – consultancy and setting up her own profitable business – has enabled her to master on-line marketing, business development and in-house operations skills.
Katie is a graphic design genius, and it’s not just us who say so!
